Add Mapquest/OSM to the list of tile sources

Mapquest recently turned into OSM [1] and launched open.mapquest.com.

They're using OSM data and a custom opensourced stylesheet [2] of their own for 
Mapnik.

Map API is fully compatible with OSM format [3].

Since it's directly OSM related I think these maps have their place in the list 
of tile sources.

Patch attached.

In few months (when finished and on the Market) I will also add the project I'm 
working on to the list of applications using osmdroid jar :)
