Add templating to file argument #3

I noticed that it is a common practice for releases to contain a folder with the same name as the archive, in which the executable is located. This leads to an issue when this name is parameterized. To support these kinds of releases, I simply added templating to the file argument, so that it can be fully specified using the vars.
