Remove hgdata submodule #84

It's up-to-date on Hackage now so we can just build from hackage and avoid the submodule.

Likewise, for testing there is now a separate Travis test for hgdata, so we don't need it tested from hsbencher's tests (although it will be built anyway as a dependency of hsbencher-fusion!)
