start fail #23

follow install procedure but get error as blow

Hi,

I think pYSFreflector needs at least python V 3.7 or higher.

Dear Sir thanks .i am use debian 9.13 and i try to do apt update and upgrade and upgrade python 3.9 but got fail .due to i am not familiar with how to upgrade it .could you please tell my a over all step ? thanks
