pubs not responding #53

I was just working on an entry, when it just suddenly stopped responding; can't connect to the pubs site anymore. When I put the link in the address bar, it loads for a very long time and then eventually says 'problem loading page' and 'the connection has timed out.'

Server was down for testing. It'll be back up for good a 3:45pm EST
