To support working with commissioners, access to the full SG/SD listing for use with the CheckCapacitySummary, particularly for access to the Z-Code listing

Thanks @stevensn99 I think we need to understand the problem a little more, this is focused on a solution to something but I am not sure what. Z codes are available for calling CCS but I sense that is not what you are asking?

@stevensn99 are you able to clarify further?

We have done some work with commissioners in North Essex and Norfolk using our Manual DoS interface to support the transfer of cases to services profiled against the DoS using Z-codes (for example referrals to Mental Health that may be profiled on the DoS to send a primary message via email.

These are also profiled on the DoS using the DxNULL disposition which means you would not get these results through NHS Pathways. The Manual DoS provides a means to transfer (following a successful NHS Pathways assessment) to teams that would not normally present on the DoS through Pathways.

There used to be a Web Service interaction on DoS that returned the complete SG/SD listing and this was removed, to support this we would like to have this feature added back to the DoS Web Service or suggest an alternative approach to finding these types of services and endpoints
