This is a question about whether we should be looking to implement nullification and document replacement for CDA messaging

The principle seems sound @mattstibbs . Have London looked at the scenarios where this may be required in their work with the crisis records?

I think we would need to understand what the use cases for nullification and document replacement were before we could properly consider them.
