This is a placeholder issue for a number of issues with the current approach to PEM across urgent care.

Patient Registered GP and ITK Need to add ability to include the patients registered GP in the OOH interaction, suppliers who receive DTS use auto filing and currently there is no ability to send the registered GP over ITK to the OOH provider, consequently PEM to these practices do not auto file to the doctor.
