Would it be worth mandating the use of OS Data as the source of address lookups as this would provide the use of UPRN for a selected location and sending a UPRN for the location means that the receiving system can pick up the address from the UPRN on receipt.
Since the ambulance systems use OS Data this would also mean that we can send the CAD systems a UPRN for a location and this can be translated to an address on receipt.
This would remove the complexities of differing address formats that we currently have.
