NHS 111 ITK Accreditation #6

bringing the NHS111 services up to date with the ITK Core Services, this is a super-set of the NHS111 services and certain functionality was omitted from the NHS111 spec for ease and speed of implementation

@stevensn99 thanks - could you provide some more information on where you consider the gaps to be?

I was under the impression that the NHS 111 ITK accreditation was now aligned with the full ITK accreditation requirements and I know that some vendors have already re-accredited against that standard (details here http://systems.hscic.gov.uk/interop/itk/accred/catalogue)
