Could we get clear guidance around PEM suppression

Thanks @stevensn99 that is our intention, do you mind being more specific though, do you think previous guidance hasn't been clear or are you asking that we ensure the new guidance for the clinical hub model is clear?

I suspect the answer is both, but would like to know what specifics may have caused you a particular issue previously.

For me the answer both, clarity on what we are suppressing in the 111 scenario as i understand that we currently suppress a PEM on the basis that if the Primary interaction was sent to the Patients registered GP then PEM is suppressed, I am not aware that we are suppressing PEM when referred to OOH which we do receive a lot of noise about from GP Practices.

Leading on from that would be ensuring that the guidance for the Clinical Hubs model is clear
