Cannot Render "L" & spacing problem

Which program triggers the problem? Specify the filename if possible.
Google Earth

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Look into it
2. Solve it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cannot see "Tools". I see "Too s"...L is hidden! & sometimes letter spacing 
cause problems...Like letter "O" has some problems! 

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
GDIPP .9.1 Beta on Windows 7 32 bit. 

Please provide any additional information below. Screenshots always help.

My 'l' is missing everywhere in Clementine (a Qt app)

and same goes for Mumble

go into your gdipp_setting.xml and change <renderer>10</renderer> to 11
