Does not validate Moroccan IBANs

Hi, Thanks for your report. Do you have an official source for the Morocco IBAN format? I could not find it in the official IBAN registry http://www.swift.com/dsp/resources/documents/IBAN_Registry.pdf

I tried with random numbers just to check the output in this website: http://www.sima.cat/chkiban.php?PAIS=MA&CCC=4441+3300+0000+0000+0011

Although this website says that Morocco doesn't have an IBAN number

I hope that this information can be useful.

Fast forward June 2015 and Morocco still doesn't figure in official IBAN registry. I think this issue can be safely closed.
