Added cumpulsory questions. Added all prompts to BMV, OSCEA/B Will discuss later how to best handle numbered "prompts" at next meeting (this is something that can easily be changed later) Will need to discuss scoring still.

Hi everyone--We actually do need a specific learner registration form, for health care providers to fill out when they initially register within the mHBS system--in mHBB (first prototype), it was called a Learner Registration, because people were only registering for courses--but for our purposes, it will be renamed the mHBS user registration form. We can discuss further, and I will create a template. Best, Dr. Bucher

We need to include some additional fields in the existing (alpha version) mHBS Learner Registration form, to include the capture of information regarding the type of health worker who is being registered (e.g., nurse? clinical officer?) and history of previous neonatal resuscitation training.

Please see attached. @BhavaniSingh , can these changes be programmed into Tracker by our next scrum meeting on April 11, 2018, so that we can release into alpha testing? Thanks!

Updates to the learner registration form (called the Profile Form):

• [x] 1. Prior newborn care (fix typo) ; change to 1st, 2nd HBB training (shorten).

• [x] 2. After ETAT or ETAT+ field, add NEW FIELD-- ENCC (HBB, ECEB, ECSB).

• [x] 3. At the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) modify to (NRP/NRT).

• [x] 4. Add Essential Newborn Care (ENC).

• [x] 5. Remove Which device are you using? (decided in Busia).

• [x] 6. Modify the secondary mobile number to be “Alternative mobile number” (decided in Nairobi to change the name of field. Decided to remove the field in Busia, and move to a paper log with RAs).

• [x] 7. Remove First and Last name from mHBS.

• [x] 8. Remove mobile numbers.

• [x] 9. Add a field for what ward the health care provider is working in (options - Labor/Delivery Ward, Postnatal ward, NBU/NICU, Operating Theatre).

• [x] 10. Move the PIN field to the last one.

• [ ] 11. Fix program rule for skip logic - do you own a smartphone

• [x] 12. Add Pre-service (student/has never worked as an in-service provider in any clinical setting) to "Cadre of Health Worker" option set.
