Create a box folder to save ICD (Informed consent) and balance transfer receipts of the participants

Discussion with Rachel that IU box will require a Duo authentication for users to access. This makes it infeasible for it to be used by RAs in Kenya. Thus, closing the issue and wont be worked on. The plan is to go back to using REDCap.
