Update to source to 2.51 #46

I updated source to 2.51, may be all that's required; I didn't see any obvious changes in FC34 since 2.48 (which is where we are starting from).

At this point, I'm going to deploy the Cirrus built RPMs on a couple of test systems.

I completely missed your first comment & read right over the 28, I've got to much going on right now. :-)

I'm just as glad we didn't do 2.4.49 after all that I'm reading.
