Testing

I agree to test the new package to ensure that it works as expected. Once I am satisfied with the results of my testing I will comment on this issue with the word "STABLE" to get it promoted to the stable repos.

@carlwgeorge I've ported this package from Fedora upstream, verified it builds linking with php74 in ius-testing and transferred it into IUS for review/publishing: https://github.com/iusrepo/php74-pecl-amqp

Thanks for your work on this. I've built and published php74-pecl-amqp-1.10.2-1.el7.ius to the testing repo. Try it out and once you confirm it works as expected I'll promote it to the main repo.
