the results on jenkins, the project settings, the source or the submodules?

the actual result on jenkins for the DyanMind-Toolbox unstable build. I also couldn't find them in the log.

If the installer is not working that is a blocker for simenv.

It's fine if it worked as it was (manual installing of redistributable) but I'm still not sure if this is working see question on #222
