User defined attributes doesn't show up in viewer #229

Following simulation (Attribute Calculator adds test attribute to CITYBLOCK)

@chmuibk also reported this issue yesterday :-) I already got the bug, but it would be fixed anyway with the new view system #223. So i leave this open, just as a reminder. This is just affecting the viewer, the data is neither lost nor not generated.

If you have it already please fix it. At the moment people have to export all the data and look at them in GIS (which is effort) because the color coding in the viewer is not working for most cases since you can't select the attributes.

hopefully fixed with 18a7c7bf82bd70beff832f8aeef0bf421ca511ec - guis have to call init() when changing module settings.

doesn't work and the bug is not just related to user defined guis

still doesn't work see screenshots. and also the color in the viewer and the height are missing. The colorbar is there.
