Any plans to update this to work with the new Coursera layout? #30

Hello. I am wondering if there's any plans to update Coursera Downloader so it will work with the new Coursera layout? Obviously it would be a bit of a challenge since all the video download links are on separate pages now and all the filesnames are (for some inconceivably stupid reason) just "index" -- but I think it could be done, and it would be GREAT since the new layout renders Coursera largely useless for people who liked to download the content and watch it offline.

I'd love to hear if this is in the works!

I think some of us would be happy to donate to support the developer.

@psychrophile I have thought to create the next version. I'll not promise, but there is a high chance I'll create it. ;)

any progress? Present one doesn't work at all.
