I recently added a antibot captcha to my instance which is the rule 8 in https://docs.invidious.io/instances/#rules-to-have-your-instance-in-this-list This captcha is only triggered against abusive IPs that exceed the rate limits that I currently have (mostly chinese IPs, alibaba cloud, etc). It can be resolved without JavaScript using https://mcaptcha.org/docs/user-manual/how-to-mcaptcha-without-js
Feel free to edit mCaptcha to something that fits more closely with what I did with my instance.
