Display more information about Livestreams #441

On YouTube you have e.g. 23,123 watching now under the livestream on the left side

You also have e.g. Started streaming 30 minutes ago under the name of the channel.

If a livestream got recorded and than published (#499), you have something like
Streamed live 95 minutes ago
