basic search button implemented #4777

Good evening. This PR addresses the enhancement described in this issue: https://github.com/iv-org/invidious/issues/4774

I've tested it on both the popular/trending page view where the search bar sits in a navbar at the top of the screen, and on the empty search page where the search bar sits in the middle of the screen.
