Compute quantitative metrics for `dcm-zurich-lesions` #83

This PR updates the inference-related scripts to compute the quantitative metrics for the dcm-zurich-lesions dataset. Until now, only qualitative results were reported in the paper, but, with this update, even quantitative metrics (based on anima) can also be computed.
