paperclip attachment backup #362

currently, we choose mysql as database, we can use mysqldump to backup and recover database schema and data, but the ticket's attachment is possible missing, how can we backup tickets' attachment?

Those are stored in the data/ directory in the root of the Brimir installation (at the same level as the Gemfile for example).
