ldap and database authority method coexist. #369

if we can login brimir with two authority method(ldap or database)? someone may choose ldap to login,others may choose database account information to login. if current version haven't support this feature, I think it's valuable to add this feathre. thanks.

We don't use this feature, but you're free to implement it in a Pull-Request.
