Fix hook route and body class assignment #453

I'm really sorry, this one is a little embarrassing. I've introduced two bugs with recent commits which slipped my attention:

I've changed the mail hook route from POST to GET in order to try something locally. However, forgot to add a TODO to remind me of switching it back before committing.
The controller/action classes were attached to BODY incorrectly – I haven't done much CSS lately. Oddly, my browser rendered the site correctly nonetheless until a restart today.

Both fixed with this PR.
