Issue with maximum no of rows (more then 60,000 rows per sheet) #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tried to upload a large excel file with more then 60,000 rows per sheet.
2. It is not parsing and results in  CGI Error
3. We set server settings as maximum. like max upload size,file input size...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It is not parsing and results in  CGI Error.

Please provide any additional information below.
