Expanding/contracting rows/columns #67

In my excel file, there are rows and columns that have the +/- next to them 
to expand/contract multiple rows or columns.  Is there a way to extract this 
for use in php?

I'd like to be able to add a class or such to the 'parent' row to enable 
jquery expand/collapse of the children.
