€ sign don't work and the value is insert 3 time in the celle #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
sorry for my English but I,m italian and don't speak very well

1. the sign € don't work and is replaced of this sign ¬ 
2. all valus into cell is reapeated 3 time. i.g. (123 wil be 123 123 123 )

Sorry but I don't find these information and solution
