Implement greedy climbing #6

We want to have an agent-based climbing approach for aligning pedigrees and trees.

This should include matching of pedigree nodes to coalescent edges.

I pushed a preliminary version in 11a48741a. It doesn't quite return the correct alignment, and I think the issue is that it presently ignores timing info on the branches of the gene genealogy.
