"Start Hour" changed to "Start/End Hour" as many people do things past midnight.
This is under the assumption that tasks created within a daily note blocked out for a time before "Start/End Hour" and after midnight are referring to tasks technically very early the next day rather than tasks very early that day.
Current behaviour
Changing "Start Hour" removes the portion of the timeline before the selected hour not displaying tasks in that period.
Requested behaviour
Changing the "Start Hour" setting should also change it's end hour, or alternatively there should be another for "End Hour"
For example if "Start/End Hour" where set to 2am, the timeline would start at 2am and end at the end of 1am with tasks showing up accordingly. Personally this is what I would have expected "Start Hour" to do by default.
