[FR] Compatibility with Obsidian "Extract this heading.." feature #7

My testing so far shows this plugin reliably updates links to headings, when headings are are cut/pasted.

But I wonder if it's possible to hook this up to Obsidian's built-in "Extract this heading..." feature, which is functionally equivalent to cutting/pasting a heading and its content to another note?

Would love this feature as well. Vote + 100%

I use the "Extract this heading" feature all the time. Although there is the "repair links within the file" option I find the links often break. For instance if my Header had a $ followed by a numeric value it often does not include the 1st 2 characters & thus the link is broken

Either way would love the suggested feature/ ability

I support this request! Having links remain consistent through renames or moves would be incredibly helpful, especially for larger projects where references are key. Persistent links would save a lot of time and hassle compared to manually fixing broken links each time a file is adjusted. It’d really help keep the workflow smooth.
