[FR] Add option to format time blocks as task (checkboxes) rather than bullets #29

I consider the time blocks to be tasks, and the language in the plugin settings and docs supports this take. Therefore, I think there should be an option to format tasks created by the plugin as proper task checkboxes (- [ ] 09:00 - 10:00 Task example), rather than formatting them as bullets, which is the current default.

In my own day planning system, I consider time blocks to be either an "event" or a "task." Events will be bullets because they happen either way, but tasks will be a checkbox. It would be nice if there the option to choose between the two in addition to setting a value for whether "event" or "task" items are created by default.
