[PR] Minor Grammatical Issues #7

Hello,

Per the contributing.md, I am opening this prior to submitting a PR. This would be for a minor set of grammatical changes to adjust the title casing of headlines, and of the manifest.json to make the plugin setting name casing adjusted to this standard.

Changes Proposed in upcoming PR

I have not included them all here for brevity as I'll link the PR momentarily.

Settings-tab.ts

.setName("Start hour") changed to .setName("Start Hour")

Manifest.json

Time Block planner changed to Time Block Planner.
