[Feature Request] Allow for new players to join ongoing game and exiting players to drop #4

Great app! Played with my team but one had to leave and another tried to join midway. We got stuck in the definition page because the person who left didn't/couldn't leave a definition. So we had some feedback for a smoother process.

When a new player wants to join using the room code and that the Dasher hasn't picked a word yet, allow the new player to play and define.

Allow the Dasher to be able to drop or add people if needed. All new players will start with a score of 0.

If a player drops at any step, allow the Dasher to go to the next step.

These are some ideas when new players want to join and when players drop.

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, this appears to be a popular feature request and I'm currently slowly working away on a completely new version of this app where you'll be able to kick out a player. I'm not sure about joining mid-way through though, I haven't planned for it so far, but I might reconsider.
