JUnit tests don't get executed when OpenGeoProver project is built with Ant #1

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start project compilation from <dist> target of Ant build file.
2. Notice the output messages in Eclipse - there is no [junit] task executed.

Task [junit] should appear in log messages in Eclipse console when that task is 
executed. The issue is that it is not executed.
