SMS can't be sent to phone numbers containing a slash #216

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Choose a contact with a phonenumber that contains a slash.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect the SMS to be sent. The SMS actually does show up in the
O2-webinterface as "sent", but it's in fact not sent. Trying to send a SMS
through the O2-webinterface (using the same number with a slash) results in
an error, removing the slash works.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WebSMS 3.1 with the O2 Connector on Droid (Motorola Milestone) with Android 2.1

I just tried it again: if I edit the number of the contact the SMS should be
sent to
and remove the slash manually (or edit anything else), the SMS will not be sent
at
all or sometimes just saved as a draft.
