The setting "show only mobile numbers" has no effect #228

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to settings and check "Show only mobile numbers"
2. Press the "Add Contact" button
3. All types of numbers are listed - even after an application restart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect to see only mobile numbers, instead I see all kind of
numbers (e.g. Fax, Mobile, Private, Business etc.)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v3.1.4

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm using a Motorola Milestone with Android 2.1 update 1 (rooted) - all my
contacts are correct (e.g. have the right type of phone numbers assigned).
The issue occurs using both - Hardware keyboard and Touchscreen only

Yes it is still an issue, filtering by start typing (soft- or hardwarekeyboard)
does work, pressing the "add contact" buttons only shows a non filtered,
standard contact, view ...

contact" is implemented by google/motorola/whoever. this can not be touched by
me.
