Doesn't work with sipgate.com

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install the sipgate connector
2. enter credentials (tried both SIP credentials and actual sipgate username)
3. doesn't work

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"connector works with *all* sipgate domains!" It doesn't.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1 HTC Incredible
