Contact Not Linked in SMSdroid #260

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have contact number in national format in address book

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that smsdroid recognize a number in my address book which is in a 
national format. When a number is in the format "0821234567" in my address 
book, an SMS received from "+27821234567" is not linked to the contact in my 
address book and thus does not show the persons name or contact picture.

It should match it correctly as it does in the native message application...

Could perhaps fix this small but frustrating issues?

I'm on Android (HTC Desire) using the latest market version of smsdroid.
