More precisely, there is one more dependency required by the kernel. This has been resolved in Minimal Linux Live but it hasn't been ported in Minimal Linux Live yet.

Note that kernels 4.15 and 4.16 add more build dependencies and so far there are four new dependencies:

libelf-dev (4.14)
libssl-dev (4.15)
bison (4.16)
flex (4.16)
