- Remove ESLint and Prettier configuration files in favor of biome
- remove eslint
- remove husky and lint-staged in favor of lefthook
- remove eslint and prettier packages
- update packages
- Update launch.json for debugging tests
- Add vitestSetup.ts for test setup
- Add @biomejs/biome dependency
- Add ignore entry for coverage and update linter rules in biome.json
- run biome check on all source files
- Update CI workflow and package.json
- Update lefthook.yml with new pre-commit command
