sitemap.xml is forwarded to 404 page #503

Vosao Version 0.9.7
Sitemap.xml is approved and can be preview. But if open it directly, then it 
will be forwarded  to 404 page.

In addition:  If sign out the user account, the preview page is forwarded to 
404 page too.

Havs set the read permission for guest user.
