Add version 15.1.1 (security fix) #7

Version 15.1.1 has been published recently (2021-12-18) which contains an important security fix. See https://groups.google.com/g/keycloak-user/c/Hr0awTh5ksA and https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak/issues/9247 for details.

(There is also a new release 16.0.0 which updates to WildFly 25 but that should probably be a separate pull request.)
