The next libraries needs to be replaced by the ones hosted in the Wikimedia Toolforge CDNJS:

The only library that it is necessary to load locally is CSV to HTML Table, developed mainly by Derek Eder. There is already opened a issue to add it to CDNJS (cdnjs/cdnjs/issues/13214).
