First of all, let me tell you what a great add-in you created, you're a lifesaver!!! it's been invaluable to me this year during my operations investigation course.
Now, to the bug (it's also possible that the user, in this case me, is the problem):
I can´t get the double bordered tables in latex that are shown in the readme. i've tried all the border options in excel. Im currently using 2016, if that's the issue then i gladly borrow a pc with excel <= 2010.
I'll upload both the excel file and a list of the packages im currently using in the latex file, just in case.
