US: Ability to have Update and Delete

As a user, I want to update or delete a transaction, So that I can correct mistakes previously.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [x] Bot can reference past transactions
• [x] Bot can delete old transactions
• [x] Deleted Transactions should no longer be reflected in balance

Definition of Done:

• [x] All acceptance criteria are met.
• [x] Code is reviewed and approved.
• [x] Necessary tests are written and pass.
• [x] Documentation is updated, if applicable.

It is simpler for users to delete old transactions and recreate them without the erroras
