US: Ability to view balances

As a user, I want to view the amount I am owed or owe, So that I can pay back my friends.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [x] Bot can display amount owed to each person
• [x] Bot can display how much is owed to the user

• [ ] Necessary tests are written and pass.
