US: Ability to update if payment has been made #6

As a user, I want to be able to update if I paid back my friends, So that I do not owe them money and can see updated balances.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Bot can accept an input to pay back a person
[ ] After input, balance of both payer and payee are updated

Definition of Done:

[ ] All acceptance criteria are met.
[ ] Code is reviewed and approved.
[ ] Necessary tests are written and pass.
[ ] Documentation is updated, if applicable.
